Located in Jey Industrial City (Isfahan, Enterprise No. 6782), our facility operates automated hot rolling lines, rotary die forging presses, and medium-frequency electric induction furnaces with an annual capacity of 120,000 metric tons. Direct proximity to national steel mills (Mobarakeh & Esfahan Steel) guarantees unbroken raw material availability at competitive conversion costs.
2. Quality Assurance & Metallurgical Laboratory
Every production batch is inspected in accordance with ASTM A532 and GOST 7524 standards. Routine quality controls include optical emission spectrometry (OES) chemical analysis, volumetric Rockwell C hardness gradient mapping, and drop-ball fatigue endurance tests exceeding 15,000 impacts without fracture.
